Ivy Tech offering Express Enrollment Day at Kokomo and Logansport campuses

Statewide event on June 24 lets students complete enrollment for fall semester

KOKOMO – Ivy Tech Community College campuses in Kokomo and Logansport will be among sites participating in a Statewide Express Enrollment Day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 24. Statewide Express Enrollment Day provides an opportunity for students from across Indiana to visit one of the participating locations and complete the enrollment steps to become a student at Ivy Tech for fall semester.

“This is a great opportunity to get all the steps completed so you’re ready to start fall semester classes in August,” said Fran Hardin, associate vice chancellor of Student Affairs and director of Ivy Tech’s Express Enrollment Center in Kokomo. “We will have additional staff on hand to help prospective students wherever they are in the enrollment process – from applying for admission to actually registering for classes.”

At Statewide Express Enrollment Day, students can apply for admission, get financial aid questions answered so they can complete the FAFSA, learn about assessment to determine appropriate classes, meet with an advisor, register for the upcoming semester, and find out about orientation. Ivy Tech recommends that students come with a government-issued photo identification, 2015 tax information, and SAT/ACT/PSAT scores and high school or college transcripts.
