Ivy Tech to offer Lean Office Conference on April 5

KOKOMO, Ind. — Ivy Tech Community College will be offering a Lean Office Conference on April 5 in Kokomo through its Department of Workforce and Development.

This class will apply lean principles to the office setting to improve efficiency by eliminating the wasted time and energy created by paperwork and bureaucracy. The ultimate goal is to improve customer service.

The class will run from 1 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5. The course fee is $70.
